Return Policy
We are so sorry your order didn't work out! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the delivery of your item to request a return. Before requesting a return or refund, make sure your return is within the guidelines. Please allow five business days for us to process your return. Once your return is complete, we will email you a confirmation that store credit has been issued. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned. All returns will receive store credit, as we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of stains (for example, makeup, deodorant, etc.) It must be free of fragrances and be in brand-new condition. You may also be asked to provide the receipt, proof of purchase, or purchase confirmation email. Items that are not in brand-new condition will not be accepted.
Please include your name and order number along with the item/s being returned. If this information is missing, we cannot process your return. Please allow 5 business days to approve and process your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at parishmoonapparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items purchased with discount codes of 20% or higher. We do not accept returned orders for buyer’s remorse.
Missing Packages
Parish Moon Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up by the carrier, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier.
